Legal Clinic
The legal clinic offers free legal services to Indian families in need. Lawyers from accredited law firms offer their services on a pro-bono basis, and will explain to clients the relevant legal procedures, legal terms and inform them of the estimated costs they may incur and support systems that they can tap on.
Make An Appointment
Legal Clinic sessions are held every second Thursday of each month. Individuals or families can call, walk in, write, or email with questions on personal or family-related issues. Meetings are strictly by appointment only, and families are advised to register with SINDA Family Service Centre beforehand.

Client Eligibility
- Families that have a household income of $2000 and below
- Clients are allowed to seek information only on their personal matters
- Clients must not have sought any legal advice on this matter and have not already engaged a lawyer
- Clients must understand that information sought cannot be for business, corporate or investment matters
- Clients seeking help must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
